From 23 to 26 May 2019, more than 500 million EU citizens will be called upon to elect a new European Parliament. The European elections offer the opportunity for a new orientation. How should the European Monetary Union develop? Is a European Social Union desirable? Do we need an active European industrial policy? Which long-term climate strategy should the European Union pursue? How can migrants be successfully integrated into the labor markets, and how should structural policy be redesigned?
