Dead Zone Germany? The Expansion of Mobile Data Networks over the Past Ten Years

Over the past ten years, more than 33,000 new mobile sites have been developed in Germany, providing good overall coverage. This has also been helped by the fact that over the years a constant proportion of between 30 and 34 percent of new sites have been built in rural areas. However, it is becoming increasingly difficult to develop new sites for mobile base stations.
