Do We Need a Legal Quota for Women?

The issue of a legal minimum quota for women in leadership positions in private business is politically and socially controversial in Germany. This article analyses the topic more closely and estimates the current share of women in such positions and further measures that may reduce inequality between men and women in the labour market.
