By combining patent, firm, and labor market data, the aim is to develop an understanding of the green transformation in the automotive industry that is as holistic and data-driven as possible in order to answer questions like these:
- Which skills will be needed in the future (and which will no longer be)?
- Who are the winners and losers of change?
- Which incentive structures and policy measures work and in what way?
