„TUM-SME Survey" - Survey of CEOs on Further Training, Skilled Workers and Environmental Innovations as well as Personality

On behalf of the Technical University of Munich, the ifo Institute surveys CEOs of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in various sectors in Germany. The survey is part of the research project "TUM-SME Survey", which asks CEOs of SMEs about various topics such as further training, skilled workers and environmental innovations - areas that are particularly important against the backdrop of social change - as well as per-sonal characteristics. The aim of the project is to conduct policy-relevant cutting-edge research on the situation of SMEs in Germany.
Methods
Randomised postal survey in Germany including companies from manufacturing, con-struction, trade and the service sector.
Results
The results of the survey will be published by the Technical University of Munich in mid-2024.
