Data sets that companies generate in their business processes can be excellent foundations for research in the social and economic sciences for a wide range of methodological and content-related issues. Excellent publications, mostly by researchers from the USA, show great potential. However, the hurdles for individual researchers in Germany are comparatively high and their knowledge of how to organize corporate collaborations is low. The aim of this project is to collect and share experiences of cooperation and to provide researchers with support for cooperations. In addition, cooperations are to be established that enable FAIR (Findable Accessible Interoperable Reusable) reuse via the research data center.
