"Economic Policy in the Presence of Globalisation" was the title of the conference that took place on 25 April 2008 on the occasion of the 60th birthday of Hans-Werner Sinn, president of the Ifo Institute. Some 300 renowned economists from all over the world gathered in Munich to participate in this high-level conference, and ensured though-provoking discussion in the four panels.
