This year’s Ifo Industry Colloquium was held on 26 October 2011. As usual, after an examination of the overall economic situation and the outlook for next year, four forums were conduction on manufacturing, distribution, construction and services. The Colloquium concluded with a panel discussion on the economic consequences of the change in energy policy. The article summarises the conference results.
