International Upturn in European Construction Industry – Selected Results from the EUROCONSTRUCT Winter Conference 2017

According to the latest analysis by experts from the 19 member countries of EUROCONSTRUCT Network, the construction volume increased by 3.5% in 2017, with the strongest stimuli coming from residential construction. Developments in 2017 are remarkable for two reasons: building measures in Europe expanded at their fastest pace since 2006; and construction activity also increased in all 19 member countries.
