Global and Hidden Champions – Companies Change the World
Is State Regulation Possible?

Again and again, individual companies led the technological change and became world market leaders. This threatens to turn them into quasi-monopolies, which challenges regulation at national and international level in order to restrict market power, secure competition and guarantee socio-political framework conditions. This topic was discussed at a scientific conference.
