Half Full or Half Empty? On the Importance of Nationwide Public Charging Infrastructure for the Development of Electromobility

In order to effectively reduce CO₂ emissions and thus limit global warming after all, results must also be achieved quickly in the transport sector. Currently, the switch to electric drives is considered to be of greatest importance. This article is intended to shed light on current developments in the field of electromobility in Germany and the connection between regional charging infrastructure and regional registration figures of electric cars.
