The ifo Institute is looking for a Student Assistant (m/f/d) for Visuals Team in ifo Communication.

The Communication department is responsible for relations with the ifo Institute's stakeholders. We see our-selves as intermediaries between the Institute, interested journalists, members, companies, public bodies and students. Our employees maintain contacts with our multipliers, create content for the ifo website, are responsible for the social media channels, produce the Institute's publications and organise events.

What you can expect
- You will support the video team behind the camera at hybrid and face-to-face events of the ifo Institute. camera. Previous experience is welcome, but not necessary - commitment is more important. We will be happy to train you!
- Support for the ifo image database and its users
- Various brainstorming sessions focusing on the transfer of economic content into a generally understandable form, e.g. icons for publications, animated graphics, etc.
- Your support in updating the ifo Intranet (SharePoint) would also be conceivable.
What you bring
- Your matriculation certificate. All courses of study are possible, in the field of media/design preferentially
- A good eye and a keen interest in visual communication
- Basic structural understanding of databases
- High level of motivation, reliability, teamwork and communication skills
- Initiative and the willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics
- Good knowledge of the program PowerPoint desirable
- Knowledge of Adobe CC programs an advantage (e.g. InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Good knowledge of German
