Regulatory Policy Proceedings and the Risk of CO2 Fines for Car Manufacturers

In this article Ferdinand Dudenhöffer, University of Duisburg-Essen, argues in favour of higher taxes on diesel in the light of the Volkswagen diesel scandal and, at the same time, for a harmonisation of the vehicle tax on diesel vehicles and that on petrol engine vehicles.
