A Business Climate Index for the Event Industry

Since May 2021, the ifo Institute has also been calculating business indicators for the German event industry on the basis of its economic surveys. The business situation in this sector continues to be assessed as very poor. Although sales have increased in recent months, they are still at a very low level. There is also considerable uncertainty about future developments.
