The Ludwig Erhard ifo Center for Social Market Economy and Institutional Economics is pleased to announce its 3rd Annual Conference on Institutional Economics, dealing with the topic of “Social Market Economy and Evidence-Based Policy-Making”.
We warmly welcome submissions in the areas of Institutional Economics, Public Economics, Political Economy, and Public Policy, in particular those taking a Behavioral Economics perspective. This year, a special focus is given to empirical papers using experiments (lab, field, or survey) or big data approaches (e.g., novel data sources, text analysis) exploring the (heterogeneous) effects and the mechanisms of public policies, especially in social market economies.
